Parking Facilities at the University
Parking Monday – Friday 8.30 am to 4.30 pm
Access to the University is controlled at the main and rear entrances. Visitors are required to enter the University by the main entrance and collect a parking slip from the booth. Regular visitors can obtain a "Sports Centre Permit", allowing access by either the main or rear entrances and avoiding the need for a parking slip. An application form is available from the receptions. Visitors may park in any designated car parking space. There are 39 parking spaces for visitors next to the National Swimming Academy. Stirling University students and staff are not permitted to use these spaces between 8.30 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday. There are also 405 spaces in the car park by the Cottrell Building (at the top of the University drive), 93 spaces in the car park by Andrew Stewart Hall (first left and second right after passing the control point at the main entrance) and 95 spaces at the front of Pathfoot Building (first left and first left after passing the control point at the main entrance). It takes 2 minutes to walk from these car parks to the sports facilities.

Being Considerate

Please do not park in a space designated for the disabled unless you are a Registered Disabled person. Moreover, please do not park in non-designated areas. This is dangerous and may prevent the emergency services dealing with emergency situations. Users of grass and artificial pitches are requested not to park next to the National Swimming Academy.
