Fitness Classes

Click here to view our Sport, Health and Wellbeing brochure which contains details of classes running between February and May 2010.

Alternative Fitness Activities

There are also lots of opportunities to become more active through more informal sessions. Walking routes around the University campus have been identified and offer a lunchtime alternative to structured fitness classes. The popular 'Jog Scotland' classes offer the opportunity for all levels of participant to walk / jog in a group setting. Similarly, a series of swimming circuits has been developed to lend structure to recreation swimming sessions. These resources are provided free of charge to members of the sports facilities and information can be picked up from the receptions.
