| Emma graduated from Stirling University in 2004 and completed her MSc in Sports Studies in 2006. Whilst studying for this postgraduate degree, Emma worked in the Department of Sports Studies as a graduate Teaching Assistant. Since the conclusion of her postgraduate degree, Emma has joined the staff in the Department as a Teaching Fellow. In this role she contributes to teaching on a number of Sports Studies undergraduate modules and collaborates with the Marketing Department to deliver two modules in Leisure Studies. Emma is the MSc mentor and a member of the undergraduate advisory team. |

| Emma is the module co-ordinator for SPS911 (Introduction to Sports Studies 1) and for SPS913 (Issues and Concepts in Sports Studies). In addition, Emma provides the Sports Studies Department’s contribution to the Marketing modules LEI9LS and LEI9LM. Other contributions to teaching include: SPS912 – Introduction to Sports Studies II SPS914 – The Historical Development of Sport SPS9B4 – The Psychology of Sport SPS9B6 – Physical Education, School Sport and Youth Culture SPS9D8 – Sports Studies Dissertation |
